How long will my order take?

Orders take 4-6 weeks to be completed from the date of order. If it has been longer than 6 weeks, please get in touch.

Returns/Exchanges

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order. Once the 48 hours has passed, we cannot provide any return or exchange.

As garments are made to your measurements, we do not offer refunds except if the garment is faulty or if there is any major issue with shipping, and these will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be given for change of mind.

If I have made a genuine error with measurements and the fit is not right, I will happily fix this free of charge. However if there was an error in the measurements provided on your end, then adjustments will be a case by case basis. Any amendments I agree to make will be charged to cover cost of fabric and time, and this will be discussed beforehand.

Shipping

Currently we ship only within New Zealand and Australia. We deliver with NZ Post.

NZ Shipping - $9 flat fee

Australia Shipping - $30 flat fee
